Provides a Four Diamond AND MORE service and spa operation. Effectively supervises and trains staff to ensure service is provided to all guests. Continues to strive to reach a higher level of hospitality.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operation of the spa and fitness center as relates to all areas of responsibility. Including but not limited to, checking guests into and out of the spa and fitness center, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and locker rooms, scheduling treatment appointments, answering phones, etc. (50%)Responsible for assisting with the hiring, scheduling, coaching and counseling as relates to team members (5%)Responsible for team member training, development and evaluation to ensure the highest of professional and work ethics in the Ocean Spa and Fitness Center. (20%)Develop and maintain relationship with all Ocean Spa and Fitness Center members (10%)Assist team members in dealing with demanding guest situations when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction and follow up while maintaining the integrity of the spa and fitness center (5%)Attend all training sessions and meetings as required (5%)Ability to perform “Physical Requirements” and “Mental Effort Requirements” as explained below. Knowledge of ProSalonBi-lingual a plusEducation: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1 year prior Spa Front Desk experience. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Licenses or Certificates: First Aid and CPR certification preferred
