QualificationsExperience: At least 2-3 years in a spa or wellness environment, with 1 year in a supervisory role.Knowledge: Strong understanding of spa treatments, products, and wellness therapies.Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to handle guest concerns professionally.Operations: Experience in scheduling, inventory management, and spa booking systems.Attitude: Passion for wellness, team-oriented, and guest-focused approach.
