\nAs a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for managing and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest experience while helping to achieve sales targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nDelivering a diverse range of spa treatments, such as massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and therapeutic services, in accordance with the hotel’s premium standards.\nConducting personalized consultations with guests to understand their unique needs and customizing treatments accordingly.\nEnsuring treatments are carried out in a professional, hygienic, and comfortable manner for every guest.\nOffering a comprehensive wellness experience and providing expert advice on aftercare and home care products.\nStaying well-informed about spa products and services, actively promoting retail sales and enhancing guest engagement.\nEnsuring treatment rooms and spa facilities are consistently clean, organized, and well-stocked.\nAdhering to strict health and safety guidelines, including proper sanitization and sterilization procedures.\nMaintaining a high level of professionalism through appropriate grooming, communication, and etiquette.\nKeeping up to date with industry trends, new wellness techniques, and emerging treatments to enhance the service offerings.\nCollaborating with the spa reception team to manage guest appointments and ensure a seamless experience.\nActively promoting spa services, packages, and offers to increase bookings and revenue.\nAddressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction.\nSupporting team goals through collaboration to meet sales and service objectives.\nParticipating in ongoing training and development to continually refine skills and maintain service excellence.\nDemonstrating expertise in various therapies such as aromatherapy, reflexology, and hydrotherapy to enhance guest experiences.\nCustomizing treatments for specific needs, including prenatal massages, deep tissue therapy, and post-sports recovery.\nAssisting with inventory management to ensure adequate stock of oils, creams, and spa essentials.\nWorking alongside spa management to design and introduce new treatment menus and wellness programs tailored to guest preferences.\nWhat are we looking for
