The SPA practitioner provide excellent customer service while performing massage therapies and body treatments under the supervision of the SPA manager.
You contribute globally to customer satisfaction and the image of our establishment through the quality of your work and the exemplary nature of your behaviour. You will have the following main professional responsibilities:
Ensure a positive first impression on customers by greeting them in a warm and welcoming manner by adhering to brand protocolsPerform quality massage therapies and body treatments in accordance with ANANTARA SPA protocols and standardsCarry out all the tasks requested by the SPA Manager while respecting the deadlines.Contribute to maintaining the high level of SPA services in accordance with standardsFind out more about all the products and services providedBe able to answer all questions related to benefits and advise clients on the appropriate care according to their needsPromote product lines to customersComplete all internal training programs and keep up to date regularly.Constantly check the proper functioning of the installations and report any malfunctionsEnsure the cleanliness and hygiene of each work area of the SPAManage the stock of linen and products of the SPA and make sure that nothing is missingComply with hygiene, safety and fire rules

What will you do?
We are seeking highly skilled and passionate individuals to join our team as Spa Therapists to:
• Provide a warm reception to guests and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other specialized therapies.
• Consult with guests to assess their specific needs and preferences and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Create a serene and tranquil environment to promote relaxation and well-being.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Ensure that treatment rooms, relaxation rooms and thermal suites are well-stocked with equipment & products.
• Ensure optimal utilization of products and minimize waste.
• Educate guests about the benefits of different spa therapies and provide personalized recommendations for at-home self-care routines.
Qualifications
SKILLS AND RESOURCES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
