ResponsibilitiesEnsure optimal performance and efficiency in all aspects of therapeutic facial services. Deliver facial therapies adhering to the highest standards set for Asaya Spa. Committed to continually improving services while ensuring the quality and professionalism our customers expect.Perform high end holistic and results-driven facials in accordance with the standards of Asaya Spa protocols. Ensure treatment rooms are always stocked with adequate supplies, in accordance with Asaya Spa standards.Consistently provide our guests with prompt, courteous and accurate service.Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the spa treatment rooms after each treatment.Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in a safe condition.Log all product recommendations and active in retail salesParticipation in various spa trainings
Qualifications: Licensed Esthetician Licensed Massage therapistDual licensed preferred (ability to perform massages, body and facial treatments)Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plusAt least three years of relevant professional experience in a luxury hotel/spaExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitudeMust be willing to work a flexible schedule that will include weekends and public holidays
General Skills: Assertive, friendly and proactive personalityHost mentality and practical approachWell organized, self-motivated and a good team playerAbility to work independently Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibilityInterest in continuous developmentGuest and customer centric mindsetFlexibility and openness to new challenges

Our team of renowned therapists are passionate about holistic health and wellbeing, knowledgeable in diverse treatment modalities and techniques and take pride in providing exceptional treatments to every guest. As a licensed spa therapist you are experienced in various treatment techniques and healing modalities to perform high end, holistic and results-driven facials using various equipment and product treatment lines for guests. The spa therapists also ensure the quality of the guest experience with professional and genuine service according to Asaya standards, maintain immaculate presentation of treatment rooms and provide guests with product recommendations tailored specifically to each individual guest.
