Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our luxurious wellness center at SO/ Uptown Dubai. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional spa treatments and ensuring our guests experience ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.

Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, body wraps, facials, and aromatherapy, adhering to the highest standards of quality and hygieneConduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their needs, preferences, and any health concernsCustomize treatments to address specific guest requirements and ensure their comfort throughout the sessionMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in treatment rooms and spa areasEducate guests on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate products for home useActively participate in retail sales by suggesting suitable spa products to guestsStay updated on the latest spa techniques and industry trendsCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless spa operations and guest satisfactionAdhere to all safety protocols and maintain proper hygiene standardsManage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize productivityProvide detailed feedback and maintain accurate guest records for personalized future treatments
Qualifications
Certification in spa therapy or related fieldProven experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa or resort settingExtensive knowledge of various spa treatments, techniques, and productsStrong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for spa treatmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to create a comfortable and relaxing environment for guestsCompassionate and patient demeanor with a strong customer service orientationPhysical stamina and dexterity to perform treatments throughout the dayExceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessProficiency in time management and multitaskingFlexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidaysFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
