Job Description

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Spa Therapist to join our luxurious Anantara Spa . As a Spa Therapist, you will provide exceptional massage and body treatments to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in our tranquil setting.

Perform a variety of massage techniques and body treatments according to spa protocols and guest preferencesEducate guests about specific wellness concerns and recommend appropriate treatmentsMaintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized treatment roomProperly use and care for spa equipment and productsActively promote spa services, treatments, and retail productsProvide excellent customer service, addressing guest questions and concerns professionally and courteouslyCollaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experienceParticipate in ongoing training and staff meetings to stay updated on new techniques and spa offeringsAdhere to all company policies, including health and safety regulationsManage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and appropriate treatment durations

QualificationsCertificate in Spa or Massage TherapyMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a 5-star resort or luxury spa settingProficiency in various massage techniques including Balinese and body treatmentsExcellent knowledge of spa protocols and wellness conceptsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in EnglishOutstanding customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanorDetail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and hygienePhysical stamina to perform treatments throughout the dayBasic computer skills for managing appointments and recordsAbility to work flexibly, including weekends and holidaysTeam player with a positive attitude and willingness to learnTime management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
