What will I be doing?

\n

A Spa Therapist is responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, massages, home care advice and tour of the facilities. Maintaining safety and cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction regarding all areas of Spa services in accordance with company standards. As a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nProvides efficient guest service from point of arrival to check out.\nAccurately schedule all massage reservations, changes, confirms and cancel massage reservations.\nAccurately explain spa treatment menu and packages to guests.\nProviding unforgettable spa experience to our guests by knowing the guest preferences and tailor service accordingly.\nOrient the guests through our Fitness facility, greets guests and provides personal guest service.\nAttending Hilton Trainings and monthly departmental meetings as required.\nTo report any maintenance issues.\nAssist in all areas of the operations as requested.\nTo be fully aware of current and future services offered by the hotel.\nTo ensure that departmental operation budget is adhered to, maximizing revenues and minimizing expenses.\nGreet and welcome all incoming and outgoing guests and staff in accordance to brand Standards.\nMaintain the quality of service and overall appearance of locker areas, lounge area and restrooms.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

A Spa Therapist serving Hilton Brand hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

\n\nAbility to build rapport with guests in a multicultural environment and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experience.\nPrevious demonstrated experience in a 5 stars hotel as a Spa Therapist preferably with a luxury hotel setup.\nProfessional experience in facials, eyebrows and nails art would be an asset.\nAbility to read, write, speak and understand English language to effectively communicate with guests.\n\n
