Responsibilities:

Greet clients and provide a warm and welcoming experienceSchedule appointments and answer phone inquiriesRecommend and sell our services, enhancements, and home maintenance products to clients based on their needsUse your knowledge of the wellness space to help clients select the services and products that will best meet their needsMeet and exceed monthly sales goalsMaintain accurate client records and follow-up with clients as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaAttend team meetings and training sessions as requiredWork collaboratively with other team members to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

Sales experience in the wellness space preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service skillsAbility to work evenings and weekendsKnowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling softwareHigh school diploma or equivalent
