Job Title: Spanish-speaking Recruiter
Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Leader, EMEA South
Location: Budapest, Hungary preferred or Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid: on-site/remote based role)
Language Requirements: Fluent English & Spanish Language skills are essential. Additional language skills would be beneficial
How will you make an impact?
Working within a fun, supportive and driven international team, you’ll be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for our sites in Spain & Portugal including manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership & corporate positions.
This involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes/CV's, interviewing applicants and referring well-qualified candidates to our hiring managers to meet the goal of attracting and retaining the best talent.
What will you do?
Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managerDeveloping and leading the recruitment sourcing strategyProactively sourcing talentConducting telephone screen interviews with candidatesFacilitating debrief meetingsCoordinating offer approvals and extending offersBuilding Talent PipelinesActively utilise TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVPPartner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the processParticipate in projects as neededHow will you get here?
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalentExperience
Experience working in a professional environment within an internal international recruitment functionExperience recruiting diverse positions by function / seniority etcKnowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong preference for someone with background recruiting in the Science IndustryProficiency in Microsoft Office productsExperience using applicant tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM) (Workday ATS experience preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsProblem solving and time management skillsThe ability to work independently, and negotiation skillsWhat we offer
