About the role:
As AvePoint’s Spanish and Italian Content Translator, you will play a key role in expanding our global reach by ensuring that our content resonates with Spanish and Italian-speaking audiences. You will collaborate closely with regional marketing, product, and technical teams to localize high-impact content that supports demand generation, customer education, and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate and localize a wide range of content from English to Spanish and Italian (and vice versa), including: Website pages, blog posts, eBooks, brochures, whitepapers, technical guides, and PowerPoint presentations Ensure translations maintain technical accuracy, brand tone, and cultural relevance Research and maintain a glossary of AvePoint-specific terminology, product names, and technical concepts Collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify complex topics and ensure accurate localization Leverage AI tools to expedite and streamline translation tasks Participate in quality assurance reviews and linguistic testing for translated content Support ad hoc language-related tasks as needed, including internal communications and campaign assetsWhat You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Italian, Communications, Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and Italian, with excellent command of English Proven experience translating technical and marketing content in the SaaS or IT industry Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and cloud technologies is a strong plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with translation management systems and CAT tools Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work across time zones Willingness to work flexible hours to support global teams when needed Self-starter and highly organized; can work with minimal supervisionAvePoint is proud to employ talent from many different backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
