The Role\: Spanish Speaking Purchasing Data Administrator

Responsible for the quality of the data in the procurement tools implementing all business processes defined or validated by the procurement Data Owner. Analyzes process indicators and troubleshoot problems with the incumbent stakeholders. Assists our internal stakeholders/customer to understand the issues and proposes corrective actions.

What will you do?

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\:

·  Consolidate, validate, document and maintain PSSC reporting Data

·  Support on the definition, validation, documentation and maintainace of PSSC tools and processes 

·   Manage Communities of Practice.

·  Support on the data reporting for the main PSSC stakeholders (Operations And Business units)

·  Contribute to Continuous Improvement on Related Tools/Processes Initiatives
