What success looks like in this role:

Participates in the spectrum of HR activities such as supporting the employee lifecycle processes, managing benefits and cafeteria system, reporting activities to support the Spanish region

Provides problem resolution for HR related issues that may be non-standard

Provides support with HR administrative tasks as well

Participates in projects, comes up with new ideas

Supports mainly the employees in Spain but also assists regional back-up activities

Builds productive internal / external working relationships

Keeps contact with local and global stakeholders

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, HR degree is an advantage, strong interest in HR

Fluency both in Spanish and English required. Working knowledge of other European languages will be an added advantage.

1-2 years of experience as HR Generalist/Operations Specialist

Working in a multinational (or SSC) environment is an advantage

High levels of competency in MS Office, especially MS Excel

Confident analytical and multitasking skills, ability to assess data

Detail-oriented and able to work in a highly structured manner
