Job Description
Use exceptional customer service skills to view part request from customer and complete quoting, purchase, and allocation of spare parts to airliners as well as maintenance facilities.Collect and process customer request for quote (price/availability) - delineate by customer category (end user vs. broker); reply to requests from end-user.Reply to any questions regarding the spare parts ordering process received from customersCreate credit and debit Memo`s when appropriate/authorized.Create manual spare parts orders when needed as well as assisting in processing blocked spare parts ordersExperience/Qualifications
Strong customer service skillsProficient in SAPProficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access & Outlook).Experience with Pratt & Whitney systems and SAP transaction codes a huge plus.Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent education/experience preferredTravel Requirements
