The Role
The Spare Parts Clerk supports the growth of our spare parts operation, processing, packing and shipping spare parts. Supporting and maintaining stock /inventory for Customer Service Canada.   

You Will
•    Take ownership and pride in the Spare Part division, demonstrate good attention to detail, and use own initiative to resolve challenges, find and create solutions to problems 
•    Accurately pick, pack and scan spare parts 
•    Use JDE software to process orders and third-party postage/delivery system to create dispatch labels 
•    Packing boxes/bags for safe delivery 
•    Manage stock location and regularly audit stock 
•    Receive inbound/return orders and restock, fully comply with warehouse stock management systems and processes for consistency and efficiency 
•    Maintain and uphold high standards of cleanliness within the Warehouse environment and division 
•    Respond to order queries (email/phone) from internal customers 
•    Work with internal team to fulfil spare part orders and distribution. 
•    Work in a tidy, methodical and safe manner 
•    Act as a team player, providing support to Finished Goods and Delivery Teams when required 
•    Assist Spare Parts Team Lead and Warehouse Manager with adhoc task requirements 
•    Develops effective relationships that add value to internal and external customers 
•    Acts as a brand ambassador in all interactions with customers ensuring relationships are built on mutual trust 
•    Actively promotes a culture of health and safety within the team and wider business. 
•    Takes all practical steps to ensure their own safety at work and ensuring that actions or inactions don’t cause harm to any other person.  
•    Follows all safety instructions, proactively reports hazards and incidents in the workplace, and collaborates with H&S Representatives to continuously improve and develop work safe solutions. 

You Have:
•    Previous experience within a warehouse pick & pack role 
•    Good level of computer literacy, experience with inventory management systems, JDE, Sales Force etc. 
•    Ability to manually handle spare parts. 
•    Understanding of warehouse H&S practices, IOSH or equivalent would be highly beneficial. 
•    Forklift Licence
