Just Some of the Key Responsibilities
60% of the time (site specific tasks)
Conduct regular stocktakes
Maintain PPE and consumables stock levels
Process incoming orders / Organise outgoing freight
Identify end of life components and suggest replacements
Liaise with internal stakeholders and the customer’s technical and purchasing teams
Assist other sites with store issues as required
40% of the time (Spare Parts tasks)
Provide prompt quotation support and technical advice
Follow up on weekly pending quotes
Source Parts locally / globally
Expand Parts product / line offering
Prepare purchase orders and maintain agreed stock levels
Oversee shipping of filled orders to customers and update Customer Service Records
Customer site stocktakes / inspections
Liaise with internal / external stakeholder
What We’re Looking for
Previous experience in a warehouse or spare parts coordination role (maintaining a store/stock levels)
Good computer knowledge skills (comfortable with MS Office
Exposure to MEX or similar is advantageous, though this will be taught
Strong organistional and time management skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to track inventory efficiently
Good written and verbal communication skills is key for this role
Your great customer mindset with the ability to do what needs to get done
A great positive attitude
Forklift licence (would be an advantage)
