We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to take on the following exciting responsibilities:   Supporting Spare Parts Regions and Projects: Collaborate with various regions and functions, including Procurement, to ensure seamless operations and project success. Your expertise will be crucial in driving efficiency and innovation across our spare parts management landscape. Development of Global Warehouse & Inventory Processes: Lead the charge in developing and optimizing global warehouse and inventory processes. This includes designing central warehouses and partial consignment warehouse concepts that enhance our global supply chain. Process Standardisation of the Global Purchasing Department: Champion the standardization of processes within our global purchasing department. Your efforts will streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. Global Process Optimisation in Spare Parts Management: Take the helm in optimizing global processes related to spare parts management. Your strategic insights will drive improvements that enhance our service delivery and customer satisfaction. Support Establishment of Global Demand Planning for Spares: Play a pivotal role in establishing robust global demand planning processes for spare parts. Your contributions will ensure we meet customer needs effectively and maintain optimal inventory levels. Documentation of Business Processes and KPI Dashboards: Develop comprehensive documentation of business processes and create KPI dashboards that provide valuable insights into spare parts management performance. Your work will guide decision-making and continuous improvement. Induction of New Employees in Spare Parts Regions: Be the mentor and guide for new employees in spare parts regions. Your support will ensure they are well-equipped to contribute to our mission and uphold our standards of excellence. Application Requirements What you need to succeed Education and Experience: Degree in Business Administration, Electro-Mechanical, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years in spare part sales support or related fields. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel). Knowledge of delivery Incoterms. Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for process improvement. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in English. Customer Focus: Proactive with strong customer and team focus. Experience in automated material handling systems (advantageous). Independence: Able to work independently under pressure and tight schedules. Efficient time management. Adaptability: Ability to adapt and innovate.
