KMO is responsible for the production and quality assurance of all Mack Truck cabs for the North American market. Together, we are shaping the future of transportation Spare Parts Supervisor/Coordinator Leads team of crib attendants in the management of spare parts inventory. The mission of this role is to ensure that parts are available when needed for unplanned and planned maintenance activities. • Ensures accurate inventory through performing cycle counts • Receives delivered parts into the inventory management system • Puts away stock into appropriate location • Issues inventory to fulfill needs of maintenance team • Prepares parts in advance for planned maintenance activities in kit form • Implements and sustains best practices for storage of parts to minimize failures • Analyzes usage and cost to determine and set optimal inventory levels while ensuring zero stockout situations • Coordinate with purchasing on the timely ordering of spares • Develops and implements improved processes and procedures to achieve operational excellence in the stockroom • Provides leadership and coaching to the team in the furtherance of achieving organizational objectives **Who are you?** + HS Diploma or GED, AS preferred + Experience in similar roles as a Spare Parts Supervisor, Tool Crib Supervisor, or MRO role + Strong attention to detail + Experience in plant/manufacturing/industrial environment + Experience with CMMS Systems + Experience with Microsoft Suite and computer savvy **What’s in it for you?** We recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
