Job Summary:

Digital Print Operators are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the digital printer. The primary responsibility is for color accuracy and quality of the digitally printed flooring.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparation of the print base for rigid substrates. Align the print heads to each other and harmonize the print density. Color match existing flooring designs. Repair and replacement of print modules. Perform regular quality checks.

Performance Expectations (if applicable):

Lifting is required of tools and parts with varying weights of 1 to 100 pounds. Standing is required possibly the entire shift. Reaching is required for tools and parts multiple times a day. Bending is required to pick up parts and tools or do work multiple times a day. Must be able to distinguish color shade differences. Occasionally required to climb, balance, and kneel.

Experience/Education Requirements:

Previous printing experience preferred High school graduate or GED preferred Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, or sit for long periods, work in tight spaces, lift and maneuver objects of 50+ pounds

Other Requirements:

Overtime is required on occasion. Perform any other duties as assigned.
