Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Specialist in Accounting to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting our fixed assets management, cost accounting, inventory assessment, and preparing audit schedules. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Fixed Assets Management:

Ensure all acquisitions and disposals are accurately recorded.Conduct regular audits of fixed assets and reconcile discrepancies as needed.Assist in the preparation of fixed asset reports for management and audit purposes.

Cost Accounting:

Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant cost data and ensure proper allocation of costs.Assist in the preparation of periodic cost reports.

Inventory Management:

Oversee and manage inventory records, including stock counts and valuation including 3rd parties.Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical inventory and accounting records.

Audit  and Compliance:

Prepare and maintain audit worksheets related to fixed assets and inventory.Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations regarding asset and inventory records.Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably with a focus on fixed assets and cost accounting.Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.Experience with inventory management systems and cost analysis tools.Business-level English skills (speaking and writing) required.
