Dies process analysis and problem solving for part quality and die productivity

Development of dies process using experience and lesson learned

Use of corporate standards and technical support from Stellantis USA

Decision making working with Stellantis USA (die process engineers) and Stamping Plants (Toluca and Saltillo) related to: feasibility studies, die design, expert reviews, design buy off, die process, 2&3D machining, die construction, functional try out, static and dynamic reviews, dimensional and surface quality buy off for the stamped parts according to Corporate Standards.

Bachelor degree in Engineering and 8+ years of experience in manufacturing and stamping processes. Advanced level of English Knowledge on presses, blanking lines, automation of stamping process; Basic knowledge on PLCs, pneumatic & hydraulic systems, services and facilities for stamping plans, continuous improvement, business development systems. Windows Office, CAD programs (NX, Catia).
