As a DemandGeneration Business Specialist, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our Medical Devices deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. Our customers trust you and appreciate your knowledge and curiosity when finding solutions to meet their needs. You enjoy being on location, building relationships, and establishing trust with the doctors and nurses who use Baxter solutions every day.

What you'll be doingDevelop and implement the defined business strategy for Medical Devices portfolio within the assigned territoryAchieve sales objectives through collaborative work with the sales team based on a demand generation approach and the application of a deep knowledge of the products and their technical benefits that allow you to establish a balanced business based on valueFind opportunities with a focus on the end user, make the first contact, develop a solution and, if required, request a product evaluation or demo, and take the opportunity to close the sale.Implement demand generation activities supported by marketing tactics such as presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, product training and approved promotional materials that enable a sale based on technical and clinical benefits.Build and maintain a funnel of opportunities together with the KAE teamWhat you'll bringBS or advanced degree Biomedical or similar3-5 Experience in high performance sales passionate about resultsMarket penetration experience in Capital Medical DevicesExperience developing strategies with a Demand Generation focusNew business prospection proven results
