Job Description: Provide management, leadership and direction to senior management to collect deficient complex accounts. Tracks and brings timely resolution to complex accounts and manage them with the legal and remarketing team.

What you will do:
• Works with customers to propose/negotiate payment agreement and reconcile any differences or conflicts.
• Provides direction and leadership to the repossession, recovery or legal effort
• Develops and makes recommendations for improvements to existing processes, policies, procedures, standards, and measures.
• Monitors and reports Special Accounts performance measures such us periodic status reports, summaries, statistics, results, and historical reporting to management on recovery or legal activities.
• Develops a strong working relationship with Caterpillar Dealers, Territory Managers and customers in an assigned portfolio.
• Makes recommendation for PCL (Potencial Credit Lossess) purposes.

What you have:
Business Math: Knowledge of mathematical concepts; ability to apply mathematics appropriately to business transactions.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Initiative: Being proactive and committing to action on self-identified job responsibilities and challenges; ability to seek out work and the drive to accomplish goals. Demonstrate a strong ability to anticipate problems and needs, and take the initiative to address them before they occur.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Collection Management: Knowledge of collection management; ability to develop collection strategies in all areas of collection and credit/financial reporting for an organization.
Accounts Receivable (A-R): Knowledge of an organization's billing requirements; ability to utilize the proper tools and follow accounts receivable practices and procedures.
Legal Analysis: Knowledge of methods and tools used in legal analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from both legal and factual information.

Bachelor's degree
