Address educational and behavioral needs based upon individual children’s using knowledge in evidence-based practices. Adapt behavioral plans accordingly. Work supportively in a multi-disciplinary team for the advantage of the entire classroom. Work collaboratively with all staff and administration to benefit the needs of all the children.
