Cross Country Education is looking for passionate Special Education Paraprofessionals with a passion to support students achieve their full potential in Bridgeport, CT for the '24-'25 school year. 

Position Overview: 

1:1 assistance to a 7th grade student who requires behavioral and academic support

Qualifications: 

Associate degree or two years of college credit or High School diploma and score of 457 or more on the ParaPro assessment Drivers license with own transportation Prior experience with Special Education is preferred Prior experience with Behavior needs is preferred

Pay and Benefits: 

$21.50-$27.50 per hour Weekly Pay: Weekly direct deposit  Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) for employees working 30+ hours per week.
