We are currently accepting applications for a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team at Todd, Aldrich, Merrill, Hackett in Beloit, Wisconsin for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. Position Overview

?? Location: Beloit, WI

?? Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

?? Compensation: $45–$50/hour (commensurate with experience)

?? Start Date: August 2025

?? Duration: Full Academic Year (2025–2026)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver individualized instruction to support students with diverse learning needs.

Develop, implement, and monitor effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support teams.

Maintain detailed records and prepare regular progress reports.

Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and team planning sessions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.

Valid Wisconsin DPI license (#1801, #1809, or #1811 depending on placement).

Prior experience working with students with special needs preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

A deep commitment to inclusive practices and student success.
