Job Description Primary Location: Ogden, Utah Job Description Special Events Promoter- Actively solicits and calls on any and all potential special events customers, such as towns, cities, and counties to sell soft drinks & water at their holiday and community events. Promotes brand awareness and recognition through customer interaction with events in local communities. + Loads, unloads and transports product, vendors, coolers, fountains and other appliances to and from customer locations. + Uses hand trucks or other manual lifting devices. + Uses disinfectants and solvents to clean parts and components. + Interacts with customer to identify and meet Special Events requirements. + Attends city council meetings when decisions are made to solicit new business with respective cities. + Prepares, connects, pulls and sets up and takes down Special Events trailer for scheduled events. + Obtains drinks and promotional signs and banners for scheduled events. + Completes required Special Events forms and accounting. + Completes vehicle, service call logs and other required documentation. + Keeps assigned service vehicle clean and performs routine fluid, air and oil maintenance on vehicle. + Wears and utilizes appropriate safety equipment. + Wears company provided uniform and presents professional appearance to customers and market place. + Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
