Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of reinforced concrete elements during all phases of construction to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Review and verify construction documents, plans, and specifications before inspections. Document inspection results, prepare detailed reports, and keep accurate records of compliance and non-compliance issues. Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and construction teams to resolve inspection discrepancies and enhance quality control. Educate and advise construction teams on best practices and safety standards related to reinforced concrete work. Stay updated on changes in construction codes, standards, and technologies.
