Goal of Position
Guarantee the professional use of multiple project management methods and tools for the employee’s organizational unit in order to support successful SMB business
Educational Prerequisites Bachelors Degree Industrial Engineering or Related. Commercial or technical training or comparable qualifications with basic business skills. Advance English skills. Preferably with basic PMO skills. Technical Prerequisites Advance use of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Note. Finance basic knowledge. SAP basic knowledge (desirable) Responsabilities Formally checking content managing project documents (incoming orders/ approved investment, project completion, etc.) Creating, managing, and closing projects in the IT system. Entering and updating order data in the corresponding IT systems. Preparing project status reviews such as Project Steering Group meetings. Preparing status reports on the entire project portfolio. Preparing reports for tracking the project portfolio in relation to the budget and strategy. Conducting export checks. Continuous improvement (MOVE) in the course of work tasks.
