**The Opportunity:**
As a CACI Special Missions Unit (SMU) Operations Lead you will serve as a principal advisor to DTRA’s Special Operations Support Division as well as DTRA’s Senior Leadership for CWMD targeting support to SMUs. The SMU Operations Lead shall be an SME in F3EAD analysis. The SMU Operations Lead shall also be an SME in CWMD operations, Sensitive Activities, and crisis response planning. You will provide advice to senior DTRA leaders on SMU operations and counter threat missions. You will assist the team leader in managing the deployment cycles, travel budgets, visa requirements, etc of the SMU support team. As such you will liaison with SOF units and serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting SOF partners with fusing operations and intelligence information to enhance their efforts against threat networks that facilitate or employ improvised threats.
**Responsibilities:**
As the SMU Operations Lead, you will be part of a 200+ person team, and you will be one of the subordinate leaders under the Program Manager. You will be responsible for the management and development of the employees on your team. You will assist in talent recruitment, selection, and management. You will be responsible for ensuring your team embraces the core tenants of the SOF and CACI culture. You will assist the task lead and government to develop relationships with key SOF leaders in your area of operations and key units your team supports.
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ Have at least 5 years of experience supporting SMU planning, training, and/or operations
+ Recent experience (within the last five years) leading and advising on CWMD operations, Sensitive Activities, and crisis response as a planner
+ Possess a TS clearance with access to SCI based on an T5 investigation
+ Recent experience (within the last five years) leading and advising on F3EAD, counter threat, CWMD operations, and crisis response
_Desired:_
+ Has successfully served as a member of an SMU
+ Previous experience with SAP/STO planning
+ Has experience supporting CWMD planning.
+ Senior-level experience leading F3EAD, counter threat, CWMD, and/or crisis response on projects of similar size, scope, and complexity to this task order.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$99,800 - $219,600
