The Special Vehicle Tester II will perform unique and specialized testing of connected vehicle features that cannot be done during mileage accumulation routes. The Special Vehicle Tester II will perform these tests in the vehicle, the parking lot or on the road.

As a Special Vehicle Tester ll, you will be responsible for:

Conducting specialized vehicle testing using the connected vehicle features such as internet connection, location, entertainment and securityPerforming specialized vehicle testing following customer specific testing procedureCompleting and submitting test results and evaluation formsInterfacing with the team, customer engineers and stakeholders to review test results, answer questions and provide feedbackFull vehicle functionality testingTesting Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)To be considered a Special Vehicle Tester ll, you will need:High School diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of experience in a test driver role or equivalentGood driving recordGood organizational skillsAbility to perform basic functions in Microsoft Office and on a mobile communications deviceSelf-starter with the ability to complete tasks with little supervision and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledgeable and comfortable with electronic devices and applicationsA successful candidate may also have:Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicleAbility to work overtime as needed including weekends
