Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Specialist, Account Manager responsible for all customers within the assigned geography. 

Essential Responsibilities

Prospect, build, and maintain customer relationships, achieve or exceed sales objectives, and serve as technical sales consultant to customers in the assigned territoryResponsible for improving customer satisfactionRetain and renew current maintenance agreementsImprove the top line sales and profitability of assigned territoryManage and nurture account relationships to drive renewals and identify repair opportunityConduct sales planners and needs assessment to inform account targeting efforts, including expansion within existing installed base and renewal effortsAssist with customer concern resolution along with Operations, including Service PM and SupervisorPartner with branch repair sales and business development sales team to repair and business development opportunities.  Actively communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally to help further improve solution set and refine messageUse Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results

Basic Qualifications

Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environmentCandidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customersNeed to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilitiesSuccessful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer softwareStrong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Sales experience or account management experience preferred
