About this role

To provide expert change management capability to enhance organizational adoption while maximizing employee experience.

Your role will consist of Expert lead change practitioner for high impact projects. Provide oversight to consultants engaged for discreet projectsAnalyze change impact and develop material to present recommendations to business leadersProvide subject matter expertise for Business Units and functional projects for incoming project change support.Establish and maintain enterprise change roadmap and detail view; monitor overall risk Develop and maintain the enterprise change management dashboardsDevelop and maintain the portfolio view for change management plans across the organization Monitors industry benchmarks and best practices in change managementSupports development of Newmont change community of practice and change networkYour training, skills, and experience checklist

Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, organizational development, business administration, social sciences or related fieldAdvanced change management experience, leading high impact change initiatives, providing expert guidance, and working closely with business leaders and project teamsCompetent ability to analyze change impacts, develop recommendations, and present findings to senior managementCompetent ability to engage and influence stakeholders, including executives and employees, to support change initiativesCompetent in establishing and maintaining change management roadmaps, dashboards, and portfolio viewsCompetent with industry benchmarks and best practices in change management, with a track record of staying updated on trends

Experience:

Advanced change management practitioner ideally in ADKAR / PROSCI methodologyAdvanced communications written and verbal, ability to design compelling story tellingCompetent in identifying change impact, risk, and mitigation actionsAdvanced Project Management skillsCompetent ability to analyze and interpret data to measure effectiveness of change initiatives and make informed decisionsCommunity buildingAdvanced MS Suite skills in Powerpoint, Excel, and Word

The salary range offered for this role is USD $108,000 - 141,750. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.  The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.  


This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance. This role also will be eligible for participation in a discretionary long-term incentive program, pursuant to which an employee may receive awards based on their level and individual performance.
