About the Role

Specialist, Channel Service

【岗位职责】
1.    处理营销员/客户/内勤各类运营业务咨询,对于疑难案件或投诉案件进行及时协助与跟进;
2.    对收取资料初审、扫描及分类递送;
3.    结合日常业务,向营销员/客户/内勤推广各类电子化系统,确保各项电子化指标达成公司目标要求,为渠道提供高效的服务;
4.    参与各项运营会议(如精品课,早会,家族会,秘书会)宣导运营信息,制作相关宣传资料供营销员使用,配合业务推动;
5.    相关业务跟进,如:单证及印章管理、保费收取及调账、未报账款项及待领款项跟进、新单照会跟进等;
6.    配合监管部门完成各项检查、自查工作,协助完成监管部门要求举办的各类活动工作;
7.    对渠道/家族提供个性化的运营服务支持;
8.    任何其它分配的工作及项目。

【任职要求】
1.    本科及以上学历,三年以上客户服务经验,保险、金融行业经验尤佳
2.    中文书写流利,具备演讲或培训技能
3.    具有良好的客户服务意识、责任感、工作主动性、耐性及亲和力
4.    具有良好的沟通协调能力、解决矛盾和冲突的能力及团队合作精神
5.    较强的学习能力、分析能力及抗压能力
