Our Chemical Substance Registration team (part of Global Regulatory Affairs) is hiring, and we are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Specialist, Chemical Substance Registration, EAME.

Please note that the position is a maternity cover (11 months’ contract).

The preferred location for this role is Lyngby, Denmark. Other location considered is Leiden, Netherlands and please note that this position might require you to travel occasionally on a need basis (about 5% travel overall).

The role has a hybrid work model, where it is expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week.

 

Your key responsibilities

Creation and submission of registration dossiers in IUCLID (Substance Identity, analytical, uses, CSR, etc.)Coordinating the communications within SIEFsPreparation and Review of data sharing agreementsInvoice management and other administrative tasks related to registrationsMonitoring of regulatory mailboxesSupport Substance Volume Tracking

Who we are looking for

You have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, environmental sciences, toxicology, or another comparable technical field.You have at least one year of proven experience using IUCLID and REACH IT in the creation and submission of dossiers.You have good knowledge of chemical inventory regulations in EAME.Fluent in English.You are proficient in compiling information from a variety of sources, analyzing data and summarizing results.You have excellent skill set in IT applications and comfortable with learning new IT systems.
