Position Summary: 

Under the general supervision of the Client Operations Manager the Claims Specialist, Client Receivables is responsible for the daily upload of client receivables into the system.  Duties may include daily file loads, master file maintenance, trending, and resolving any data issues. The specialist also participates in the onboarding of new clients and claims feed conversions. 

 

Primary Accountabilities: 

Operational (75%)

Load claim files into the system daily, perform exceptions trending, and check for missing storesAssist with onboarding new clients and claim feed conversionsResearch and request missing claims files through communication with Data Movement and Client Account TeamsUpload CSV files into the system Complete balancing routines daily

Administrative (25%)

Maintain system environmentsEnter accounting calendars in PFM systemsMaintain claims SOC logFollow HIPAA policies and procedures per company guidelines

Required Qualification: 

High School Diploma/GED

2-4 years of related work experience and/or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.

Proficient in Microsoft Windows

Competent in Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office

Hours for this position are 7 am to 4 pm EST with a 1 hour lunch break or 7 am to 3:30 pm with a 30 min break. Some OT and holiday work.
