DEPARTMENT BRIEF

Due to our continuing growth, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Content & Technology Solutions group as Associate Datafeed Specialist.

The global Content & Technology Solutions group is responsible for the growth and support of FactSet’s DataFeed products. Our aim is to streamline client’s internal processes with FactSet data delivery via FTP or web services.

You will be given immediate responsibility working directly with global clients to provide intelligent solutions for their queries and challenges; while developing your expertise on CTS range of products and processes. Moving forward you will be managing implementation projects and key accounts, delivering innovative business solutions to new and existing clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A relevant Engineering/Technology or Finance degree or equivalent (MBA finance + engineering is ideal)Relevant experience is preferredExperience in one or more programming/query language - or a relevant experience demonstrating strong technical aptitudeGood financial knowledgeStrong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDesire to learn and work with new technologiesEnthusiasm and drive to excel in a technical client facing roleOTHER PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS  Previous client facing experienceExperience in statistical packages such as Matlab, R, etc.
