The Specialist, Corporate Sales Development role is
responsible for the development and management of corporate sales incentive
programs and strategies designed to maximize the revenue and market share
performance for our portfolio of global corporate accounts.
Position based in Los Angeles, CA.
+ This role serves as the primary liaison between thefront-line Field Sales team and the various commercial departments in supportof all corporate sales program related matters.
+ The Specialist will own a large scope of Global corporateaccounts managing their contract renewals and RFPs, collaborating with airlinepartners to create a comprehensive deal to maximize Delta’s market position andprofit.
+ This role will oversee identifying opportunities to increaserevenue, shift market share, reduce costs and improve business processes fortheir scope
+ This role will also own performance management analysis andreporting including financial analysis of corporate program effectiveness
Salary range is $68100 - $183700 annually.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Minimum 3 years of related work experience
+ General knowledge of Delta's markets and competitive marketposition, sales strategies, programs, processes, tools and infrastructure ishighly desirable; travel industry sales/marketing experience is a plus.
+ Must be solution-oriented, multi-task capable and havedemonstrated the ability to work well with others in a fast-pacedtime-sensitive environment.
+ Demonstrates initiative and is a self-starter
+ Should possess strong analytical skills, soundorganizational and planning skills, excellent verbal and written communicationskills, strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to make sound businessdecisions.
+ Ability to negotiate and build compelling stories to driveDelta’s strategy forward
+ Highly proficient PC skills including advanced levelknowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Power Point are required.
+ Working knowledge of Tableau or similar businessintelligence tools
+ This position requires occasional travel
+ Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data.
+ Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work inthe United States.

+ Bachelor’s degree in a business or analytical discipline orequivalent work experience preferred
+ Experience in Global Sales, Revenue Management, or similarcross-commercial role
+ Knowledge of Delta’s markets and competitive position aswell as Sales strategies, programs, and infrastructure
