About the Role

Specialist, Customer & Channel Service

岗位职责:

消保服务的日常运作(40%)
1.    负责处理客户查询、投诉和业务办理,为客户提供一站式服务;
2.    按规定的流程执行工作任务,确保服务质量,符合服务标准,达成客户满意度目标,并符合中国区和广东相关策略;
3.    处理监管/行协/消保等相关工作;
4.    履行上级分配的其他职责和任务,以满足运营和/或其他要求。

渠道服务日常运作(40%)
1.    处理营销员的咨询和业务办理,宣导运营知识和资讯,为渠道提供支持;
2.    通过早会及新人培训等形式确保营运知识和举措落地,包括但不限于E化工具推动、保险双录支持等;
3.    关注渠道业务,结合运营专业,及时为渠道提供所需的专业支持;
4.    监控各项运营KPI,定期检视工作质量和效率,并制定改善举措。

其他工作(20%)
1.    定期向当地机构总汇报运营工作,同时了解服务反馈及需求;
2.    配合合规部的反洗钱工作、财务部与机构当地财税部门的沟通工作。
 

岗位要求:

1.    全日制本科及以上学历,有3年以上保险公司运营或客服工作经验,有中小型柜台管理经验,有处理客户异议或监管对接或消保工作经验优先;
2.    对自我发展有较高的要求,有较强的学习力;
3.    具备高效解决问题和协调统筹的能力;
4.    以客户为导向,热情周到,自我调节能力强。
