Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Operations Team in the position of Import Specialist (Customs). 

Main Responsibilities:

Supporting our partner branches in the whole EMEA regionHandling all types of import customs clearance from third countries, including regulations on imports foodCooperating with other departments like finance, account management etcBeing responsible for creating monthly reports (XLS from different sources to be combined, Deferment Account Report)Preparing & joining meetings with customers and/or service providers, also contact Port Authorities

What we are looking for:

Experience in customer service with basic understanding of customs brokerageFluent English and German is a mustMS Excel / MS Outlook skillsDetail orientation and passion for excellence and organization
