*Position summary:
To enable utilization of FTA customs related regulations to be able to provide high service level as well as to support the customers for export who can get the duty benefit by applying of duty reduction in accordance with FTA CO. The objectives include role for customs audit support through compliance regulation, import operation(bulk) and customs duty payment.

*Main Tasks:
1. Optimize Free Trade Agreement benefits where eligible and adherence to rules as stipulated in the respective agreements.
a) Communication with relevant parties (Malaysia Service Hub team, LSP, Import and Export) 
    - Error notification of apply FTA CO from KCCI
    - Preparation of the official letter of FTA CO explanation
    - Proactively monitor & follow up regarding new updated FTA CO guideline by KCCI
    (e.g., new foam of OVQ, LTSD, LTVD etc.)
    - Communication with Malaysia Service Hub & Pref-man team 
    (e.g., coordination for VDCP, DNFPP, Blanket CO etc.)
b) Coordinate & communicate with Hub team for RPA (Robotics Process Automation) maintenance & improvement for KR (e.g., RPA script update & new development) 
c) Track and report Free Trade Agreements utilization and New FTA implementation effect
d) Follow up document supplement request to supplier for post FTA application
e) Manage the performance of customs broker and monitor service level for service quality in operations
    - Non-Conformance Management (NCM) creation in SAP to evaluate LSP performance & improvement area
    - Ensure customs broker to follow FTA CO guidance for export declaration
        - Apply FTA CO as backup of Hub team during public holiday for 1 day

2. Coordinate and execute import management incl. import clearance for bulk parcel shipment (Merchandise & Selected Raw Material) to ensure compliance with operation standards & regulation.
a) Bulk (Parcel Tanker) shipment import clearance
b) Interim import declaration & final declaration(demurrage)
c) Arrange payment of monthly customs duty timely
d) Posting request of customs duty / VAT weekly
e) Retroactive FTA refund clearing request
f) Pre-costing maintenance for duty

3. Enable and support Customs Audit, license management and projects in Customs Service.
a) Support of AEO customs on-site audit (Every 5 year)
b) Preparation data for post country-of-origin verification (demand base)
c) Preparation data for extension of export authority (Every 5 year)
d) Request and Long-Term Supplier Declaration to suppliers

4. Support Business Units and Supply Chain in operational customs issues

5. Support hub with customs related principles and guidelines

*Education/Qualifications required:
- Education: University graduate
- Working Experience: More than 3 years working experience in SCM or Foreign Trade related areas
- English Proficiency: Good written & spoken English
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Knowledge and experience of Customs and Foreign Trade Acts and relevant local regulation in Korea
