The Association Marketing Team is seeking a dynamic Specialist, Data Analytics to help drive data-informed decision-making and support D2C marketing campaign implementation and results analysis. This pivotal role will collaborate closely with the Marketing Strategists under the guidance of more senior Marketing DP/Analytics Managers to deliver and implement actionable insights to support our growth and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, expertise in marketing analytic tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

What you can expect:

Partner with marketing leaders to define goals and KPIs related to marketing plans and initiatives.

Oversee the creation, implementation, QA, and documentation of marketing campaign list codes based on complex strategy and segmentation.

Conduct advanced data analysis to drive strategic decisions and refine campaign strategies.

Utilize data warehousing techniques, working with structured and unstructured data and SAS programming for sophisticated data management.

Perform complex analyses including data mining, trend analyses, forecasting.

Analyze D2C campaign performance and develop impactful case studies.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Minimum of 4+ years of work experience in data analysis and digital marketing analytics.

Experience analyzing data and pulling together stories to create insights. 

Ability to work with all types of data, structured and unstructured, to design and implement analytical solutions.

Consultative nature, with proven track record of using data to provide actionable business results.

Polished written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present and clearly explain data to non-technical executive audiences.

Solid experience managing projects, budgets, and schedules to successful completion.

What we offer you:Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $97,300.00 to $144,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
