Primary Responsibilities

The Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for communicating, selling, aggregating, and providing insights into the effectiveness of supplier advertising campaigns. This role will collaborate closely with the Senior Advertising Manager to align advertising insights with supplier campaign objectives. A key priority will be delivering proof of performance and managing billing for supplier advertising. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in the supplier road mapping process and in achieving income targets for all marketing advertising. Essential Functions

DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Sr. Advertising Manager in achieving income budget through leading/attending supplier meetings & Category Management & supplier/broker training.Provide customized supplier advertising data to support roadmap contract process.Sell advertising opportunities for the New@KeHE program, KeHE Solutions program, advertising inventory gaps and recovery and other advertising programs.Provide analysis of supplier return on investment (ROI), key metrics, billing, and advertising proof of performance.Compile data reports for the Marketing team.Conduct regular advertising reporting and tracking, providing insights and action plans for Marketing and Category Management teams.Execute various monthly digital programs in KeHE CONNECT® platforms.Utilize data to identify trends and areas for improvement and recommendations.Other duties and projects as assigned.

 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook. PowerBI a plus. Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations both verbally and in writing to both internal and external audiences.Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced business environment.Team player that is confident and works to build trust and collaborate with others.Strong analytical skills to provide reporting and analysis of data. Travel is required 2 to 3 times per year. Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Previous marketing analytics, advertising or digital experience required. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with distributors, manufacturers, and retailers primarily in the Independent Channel.
