As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will conduct investigations to resolve employee concerns, develop local ER programs, and provide performance management guidance. Your role involves collaborating with legal counsel, analyzing data to identify trends, and implementing process improvements. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential.
**How will you make an impact:**
+ Lead moderately complex investigations to address employee concerns and policy violations. Work directly with internal legal counsel to discuss findings. Exercise good judgement in developing case findings and recommendations.
+ Plan and lead the execution of local employee relations programs in alignment with the overall global ER strategy. Recommend and implement continuous process improvements.
+ Analyze data, identify trends, draw conclusions, and make recommendations related to identified trends.
+ Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (up to Sr Mgr) and HRBL'S (e.g., coaching, counseling, training, and disciplinary actions)
+ Develop and document employee relations processes and procedures.
**What you´ll need (Required):**
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in previous related experience in Employee Relations, Generalist or Human Resources Business partner role.
**What else we look for (Preferred):**
+ Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.
+ Moderate knowledge of employee relations, local employment law and requirements.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
+ Workday knowledge.
+ Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
+ Strict attention to detail
+ Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
+ Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
