You hold a university degree in engineering or business administration, and at least 8 years of experience You have over 5 years’ experience in program or project management You possess initiative, are results driven, and have the desire to make decisions You possess superior communication skills (written & spoken) and the ability to influence at different levels of the organization You can work under pressure and still deliver on commitments You have strong project management experience, team leadership skills as well solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities You must be pro-active, results oriented and innovative with a strategic vision and a view to business improvements  You have in-depth knowledge of aircraft development and production  You can coordinate and lead effective meetings and presentations  You are computer literate, particularly in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project and Power BI) and TEAMS with knowledge of data base management, scheduling, and spreadsheets
