On Jan 2024, Continental Automotive Business Services (CABS) Hub APAC joined GBS Manila. CABS Hub APAC (formerly known as Finance Service Center Philippines - FSCP), started on 2012. It provides end-to-end accounting services in APAC Region with workstreams: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Master Data Management, Cash Management, General Ledger, Statutory Reporting, and Process Excellence.

Job DescriptionAnalyze, benchmark various finance processes, identify process inefficiencies across the finance chain, analyze system deficiencies and recommend changes for improved performanceIdentify opportunities for process improvement through observation, reporting and feedbackCollaborates with key stakeholders to support business initiativesMaintain and support existing and/or new toolsReview of work instructions for new and/or existing processesDevelop training material and assist with training where requiredAbility to understand integration of complex business applications with demonstrable project/customer focused accomplishmentsAbility to analyze and effectively communicate technical and business impactsResponsible for SAP Master Data MaintenanceMaintain and create dashboards and reports that depict FSCP performanceReview quarterly Governance, Risk and Compliance (Internal Control)Perform administrative activities of the department (ex. 5S, PO creation and monitoring)Able to meet objectives with minimal supervision

QualificationsWith at least 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance, Controlling, combined with Data/Business Analytics, Process Improvement, Project ManagementKnowledgeable and has ability to analyze and synthesize data across multiple data sourcesUnderstanding of end-to-end Finance processes and functionsProven application of analytical and critical reasoning skillsExcellent communication, problem-solving and technical skillsKnowledgeable in ERP systems such as SAP, OracleKnowledgeable in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BIWith experience in projects related to finance processBachelor’s degree in BusinessPreferably Lean/Six Sigma Certified or equivalent
