The role focuses on supporting department budgets through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop accurate financial projections and drive informed decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Specialist, FP&A, you’ll be responsible for: + Managing month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. + Presenting financial data clearly and concisely using spreadsheets, charts, reports, and presentations. + Developing and maintaining budget schedules, tracking expenses, and managing headcount summaries. + Loading and validating forecast and long-range plans within the reporting system. + Conducting financial analysis, research, and developing budgets and forecasts to support business plans. + Ensuring financial practices comply with regulations, laws, and standards through audits and reviews. **Requirements** We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance.
