Job Summary
The Specialist, Talent Acquisition Solutions plays a critical role in enhancing IFF’s Employer Brand, optimizing Talent Acquisition governance frameworks, and driving Operational Excellence.Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
Develop and execute Employer Branding strategies to strengthen IFF’s reputation as an employer of choice. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Communications, Inclusion) to create compelling content that enhances IFF’s brand across digital platforms, job boards, and social media. Monitor and analyze Employer Brand perception using platforms like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other talent attraction tools, providing recommendations to improve Candidate Experience. Support the development of targeted campaigns to attract diverse talent, ensuring alignment with business needs and market trends. Optimize the use of career sites and online marketing tools to increase visibility and engagement with key talent pools.Talent Acquisition Governance & Compliance
Support the development and implementation of TA policies, frameworks, and governance models to ensure consistency and compliance across global hiring practices. Assist in auditing and reviewing TA processes to ensure adherence to global and regional compliance standards, including equal employment regulations and best practices. Maintain up-to-date process documentation, including workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps in designated repositories. Support TA Partners and HRBPs by providing insights on governance improvements, process standardization, and policy adherence.Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
Monitor and evaluate TA performance metrics and dashboards, supporting continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, experience, and effectiveness.Identify gaps and propose solutions for streamlining recruitment workflows and optimizing Candidate/Hiring Manager experiences. Support technology and automation improvements, working with HRIS and IT teams to enhance recruitment systems and tools. Contribute to global projects related to recruitment efficiency, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making in TA.Global and Regional TA Leaders and Recruiters HRBPs, People Services teams, and HR Centers of ExcellenceInternal Communications and Inclusion teams Hiring Managers across all functions External vendors, partners, and job board platforms

Skills & Competencies
Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in TA practices. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization and collaborate with diverse teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging messaging for various audiences. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday), social media platforms, and employer review sites. Strong ethics and confidentiality in handling sensitive recruitment and organizational information.Benefits
