About the Role

该岗位主要处理和解决客户提出的需求通过电话,邮件,或者其他线上平台等。

Roles and Responsibilities:

1、准确回答关于高端医疗保险计划、保全、理赔等保单相关问题,并按照公司的规范给到客户最优的解决方案, 提高一通电话的解决率。

2、熟练掌握康养和其它健管服务相关的业务知识

3、根据客户的服务需求协助客户启动医疗服务申请。

4、协助公司合作医院来电查询客户的福利并做出准确回答。

5、与内外部团队做有效沟通,高效解决客户问题。

6、与营销员团队等其它服务团队紧密合作,提供并改善给客户的服务。

7、能够发现流程和系统中需要改进的地方并且向主管提出反馈。

8、积极主动给团队的所有成员提供支持,实现团队协作流畅,确保服务时效达成。

9、定期交流和提升通话质量,提高服务专业性和服务意识,必要时积极上报特殊案例。

10、能配合部门业务的发展,积极完成部门领导给到的其他工作。

Minimum Job Requirements:

1. 专科以上学历。

2. 2-3年医疗相关经验,理赔经验或专业客服经验。

3. 英语和普通话听说读写流利。

4.有保险行业背景或者英文流利者优先。

5. 较强的人际沟通技巧,口齿清晰,书面语言文字流利,能较好得和内外部人员沟通。

6. 精通电脑,熟练使用办公软件,如word, Excel, MS Outlook. 会PowerPoint 优先7. 能接受夜班(轮班制),可调休。
