Danfoss is seeking a highly skilled HR Analytics Specialist to join our global HR Analytics and Data Governance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage advanced analytics to drive strategic decision-making and contribute significantly to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable and business-relevant insights.
While this posting focuses on Nordborg and Copenhagen, this position may also be open at other Danfoss locations within Europe (no relocation offered).
Job Responsibilities Manage global HR KPIs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and financial performance. Communicate key findings effectively and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and segment HR teams to understand their data needs and provide consultative support in leveraging advanced analytics. Identify opportunities for global application of successful initiatives. Regularly engage with senior leadership to share progress updates, ensure alignment on priorities, and contribute to the development of a data-informed HR strategy. Serve as the primary point of contact for advanced data analysis requirements within strategic HR projects. Proactively provide data-driven recommendations to inform project decisions and outcomes. Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics projects, including but not limited to ESG reporting, compensation equity, talent initiatives, and cost related topics. Confidently disseminate best practices and insights across the organization. Background & Skills Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics) and a strong interest in HR. High passion for incorporating new People Analytics trends in our HR community. Proven experience leveraging data to drive strategic initiatives and achieve measurable business improvements. Advanced proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools. Experience with predictive modeling or other advanced analytical methods is highly desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently translate complex data into clear and concise narratives for diverse audiences, including senior executives. Adept at collaborating effectively and confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
